Physician

Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Pediatrician to join our clinical care team.  Must have current licensure in the state of West Virginia.

Staff Nurse

Must have current licensure/certification in good standing.  Provides primary nursing care for clinic patients, assists patients in the check-in process, reviews medications, provides appropriate education and assists provider as needed.   Immunization and Phlebotomy experience preferred.  Ability to travel to various clinical locations required.
